Integration · Dinero
From hours to invoice
in one click.
Your time entries, tasks, and notes turn into invoice lines in Dinero automatically. You click "Send to Dinero", and the invoice draft is ready for review.
What the integration does
Timerr is where you track your time and keep your projects in order. Dinero is where your accounting lives. The integration makes sure the same information never has to be typed twice.
Automatic invoice lines
Tasks and time entries become lines on the invoice. Descriptions, hours, prices, and totals are filled in for you. You review and send.
Notes from time entries
The notes you write when you log hours get included in the invoice description. Your client sees what the time went to, and you skip rebuilding the report by hand.
Your own payment terms
Pick your default payment terms (8 days net, end of month, and so on) once. They follow along automatically on every invoice you send to Dinero.
Secure connection
The connection uses Dinero's official API with OAuth 2.0. Timerr never has your Dinero password, and you can disconnect whenever you want.
How it works
There's no manual import or CSV file. Your hours flow straight from Timerr to Dinero.
You log time like you always do
Start the timer, add manual entries, write notes about what you did. Organize it under client and project. Exactly as usual.
The project wraps up
When a project is ready to invoice, you open it and click "Send to Dinero". It works for both hourly-rate projects and fixed-price projects.
The draft is ready in Dinero
The invoice draft is created in Dinero with the client, lines, descriptions, and totals already filled in. You open it, look it over, and send.
You finish and send the invoice in Dinero
The draft is yours. Edit, add, or remove lines exactly as you usually do in Dinero. The moment you send the invoice, it follows Dinero's normal flow with payment reminders and bookkeeping.
Get going in 2 minutes
The whole setup is four steps. You don't need to know your API key by heart, and there are no webhooks to configure.

A draft. Timerr never creates a sent invoice without you seeing it first. You review the draft inside Dinero, fix anything that's missing, and send it off when it's exactly right.
VAT is set by Dinero based on the client's configuration. The integration sends the amounts ex. VAT, and Dinero adds VAT in the draft based on the VAT rate you've chosen for the client or product. So your accounting stays correct.
Then Timerr creates the client in Dinero the first time you send an invoice. Next time it just uses the existing contact. If you use CVR lookup in Timerr, the address and contact info come along too.
Yes. Click "Disconnect" on the integration page in Timerr, and the access is removed right away. You can also revoke the access from inside Dinero. We don't touch your earlier invoices.
