Refund Policy

General Terms

Timerr offers a subscription-based service that includes both free and paid plans. Once a user subscribes to a paid plan, billing occurs on either a monthly or yearly basis based on the chosen subscription.

Refunds for Accidental Payments

If a user accidentally subscribes to a paid plan and notifies support within 24 hours, a full refund may be granted, provided no premium features have been used during this period.

No Refunds for Ongoing Subscriptions

After the 24-hour grace period, or once premium features have been used, no refunds will be issued for ongoing subscriptions. Users can cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges, but the service will remain active for the current billing cycle.

Add-ons and Custom Features

Future add-ons and custom features, such as additional clients or extra services, are non-refundable once purchased and activated.

Cancellation and Termination

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
