Refund Policy

General Terms

Timerr offers a free plan and paid subscription plans billed monthly. You can use the free plan indefinitely with no payment required.

Accidental Payments

If you accidentally subscribe to a paid plan and contact us within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund.

Ongoing Subscriptions

After the 24-hour window, no refunds will be issued. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Add-ons

Future add-ons and custom features are non-refundable once purchased and activated.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided.
